For whom
- University graduates within 2 years of graduation, or students in their final year
- Field of study: economics, logistics or transport
- Good knowledge of English
- You want to learn, grow and be part of something bigger
How it works
- Onboarding — you get to know HOPI, our values, teams and environment
- Rotation between departments — you try out different roles and find out what you enjoy most
- Real projects — no shadowing, but real work that has an impact
- Mentoring and support — an experienced colleague will look after you
- Regular feedback — you know how you are doing and where you can go next
- Final evaluation — together we decide where to go next, for example a junior position in the team that suits you best
