Our job is to prepare and deliver everything on time, from breakfast to shampoo for the morning shower to a glass of wine after a busy day. Of course, we care about ecology, regularly certifiedquality, safety, and sustainability of our solutions. We continuously monitor and implement the latest technologies and trends in logistics.

Our company has an extensive fleet of its own vehicles, currently more than 450. This fleet is carefully maintained and regularly upgraded to ensure reliable and efficient transport. In addition, to ensure maximum flexibility and to cover all our customers' needs, we work with several contract carriers with whom we have long-term partnerships. This strategy enables us to handle both small and large volumes of transport and to adapt to the individual requirements of each customer. Through a combination of our own vehicles and contract carriers, we can ensure timely and reliable transportation of all products, ensuring their availability exactly according to the customer's needs.

Agriculture

The Agriculture Division specializes in ecological animal husbandry and is proudly associated with two of our farms, Farm Otročín and Farm Malonty. Our farms are equipped with modern technologies and infrastructure that allow us to achieve excellent results in the field of agriculture.

We constantly follow the latest trends and practices in the field of agriculture in order to stay in line with the latest requirements and standards. Our agronomic activities are aimed at achieving maximum quality and efficiency in all areas of our operations. From seed and feed selection to product treatment and processing, we take a meticulous approach and adhere to the highest standards.

Our company believes that responsible agriculture is key to a sustainable future and to providing quality food for our customers. We strive to lead by example in this industry and select the best practices and technologies that will enable us to achieve excellence in our agronomic operations.

Foods/Gastro

The Foods/Gastro Division focuses on the production of high-quality food and culinary products. We produce authentic rustic yogurts, yogurt products, antipasti, and deli products with care and passion. We use the highest quality ingredients and innovative tools such as vacuum cooking, variovac, slow cooking, sous vide, hot fill, cook&chill, and fastercold to achieve outstanding results.

We strive to continuously innovate and bring new trends and technologies to the food and catering industry. With a focus on quality, authenticity, and freshness, we are earning the trust of our customers and becoming a preferred partner in the foodservice industry.

Trainee program for graduates

Start your career with the HOPI trainee program

We offer an internship primarily in the field you are studying. Our 3 to 12 month internship is your chance to experience life at HOPI (Transport, Finance, Warehouse logistics, IT).

  • You are in your 3rd, 4th or 5th year of university.

I'm interested

The HOPI graduate trainee program will help you to find a job that you really enjoy and that fulfils you. For two years you will try out the work at HOPI (Warehouse, VAS, Transport) and get involved in projects.


1/ For whom

The program is aimed at graduates (max. 2 years after graduation) or students in their final year of higher education, ideally with a business, transport or technical focus. An essential skill is the ability to communicate fluently in English, which will help you get closer to our international team. 2/ How it goes

The first year is all about learning. You will get to know the corporate culture of HOPI, the different departments of HOPI Holding, logistics and transport, you will penetrate the internal processes in order to better understand the individual interdependencies. You will meet colleagues and make new contacts that will be useful in the future. Next year you will take part in projects or lead a tour on your own. Through this experience, you will strengthen your communication skills and acquire basic management skills.

3/ What you get

By joining the trainee program you will have the opportunity to get to know the HOPI environment better. Our mentors and senior managers will be happy to share their experience with you once you have chosen your area. You can also choose from a wide range of training activities, from workshops to excursions to language courses. We will put into practice what you have learned during your studies. And on a full-time basis.
